HIGH INTENSITY, LOW IMPACT, TOTAL BODY

City Crew Dallas offers 30, 45, and 90-minute full body, high-intensity, indoor rowing strength and conditioning group training classes. Our classes are designed to tone your body, burn between 450 to 900 calories, row between 1000 to 8000 meters and increase your metabolic rate through intentional programming combining functional movements, high-intensity interval, and stability training techniques.

CLASS TYPES

Row & Tone 30: 

A 30-minute high-energy HIIT class that will push you to your personal max and have you back on your way before you know it. Working in high intensity intervals, on and off the rowers, you will be challenged to go faster, push harder, and dig deeper every minute of class.  No warm-up, no cool-down, just go go go!

Row & Tone 45: 

An ever-changing 45-minute mix of work on and off the rowers incorporating rowing intervals, weight training, and mat work.  Keeping rowing form at the center of the workout,  you're guaranteed a challenging workout for mind and body that will leave you both motivated and energized.

Row, Tone & Recover 90:

Row & Recover gives it all to you in one 90-minute package.  Get your cardio and resistance work with our Row & Tone format for the first 45 - 60 minutes, then enjoy 30-45 minutes of barefoot mat work, combining moves inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Finish your class with 10-minutes of dedicated foam rolling and recovery training. The perfect way to end a busy week, or recharge for the week ahead.

Unlike spinning, you aren’t constricted to the equipment throughout the 30 or 45-minute workout. Rowing is interspersed with regular intervals of intense mat work, which includes free weights, planking and squats.
